- Represented women law partners who experienced decades of sexual harassment and discrimination at one of Texas’s largest law firms and reached significant confidential settlement
- Obtained one of the largest civil rights verdicts (on appeal) in the history of the Western District of Texas for City Manager after racially biased attempt to revoke his severance agreement
- Successfully defended election contest for Sheriff and Constable races in Far West Texas County
- Sued and negotiated settlement on behalf of a County employee under the Texas Whistleblower Protection Act
- Negotiated substantially increased severance for executive terminated in retaliation for seeking accommodations for his disability
- Represented victim of hate crime assault against a gay man by a group of fraternity members
